A wind of change is blowing through the electronic music landscape. Trance has developed over the last decade, branching out into different styles. New artists are appealing to a whole new generation and the pioneers have also conquered new grounds. After ten years at the forefront, Trance Energy enters a new era: ENERGY.
To cater for diversity and renewal, a simple change of name is inevitable. Under a new monnicker, the course will be set for the next ten years–without making too many musical sacrifices. Together with the artists of today, ENERGY is paving the way for the music of tomorrow.
The first edition takes place on Saturday February 19th in Utrecht’s Jaarbeurs. This night happens to be an extraordinary experiment. Making use of today’s interactive possibilities, the experience is lifted to a higher level. Before, during and after the event, the ‘Connect Execute Play’ principle is introduced, presenting a revolutionary way of partying.
