Taking your own indelible mark onto such a permanent record is no easy task, but Moguai is a master in his field. With over a decades worth of DJ experience he is no stranger to the dance floor. As a producer and remixer, his credentials are undeniable, having scored a hit record with “The Rock,” which samples Brooklyn Hip Hop veterans Audio Two’s “Top Billin.” So Hip Hop Vs Dance is familiar territory to our protagonist? It would appear so, as Moguai was so confident that he could take ‘Wild Thing’ on that he did the remix independently of the record labels knowledge and sent it to Delicious honcho, and A&R Rick Ross. Needless to say all involved were very happy with the results, so here it is.
Moguais approach to his remix is to keep the original song and arrangement almost intact, extending the running time and building towards the pay-off!
