Le toute: In spite of having been at the forefront of the techno music scene for ten years, Marco Carola is living his best moment yet. Just one year ago, the napolitan gave Fabric the 31st DJ-set of their worldwide known series (it also was Marco’s first, strange as it may seem). In 2007 Carola has become one of Hawtin’s best men: he has published a 12” in Plus 8, the successful Apnea, has remixed Ambivalent’s R U OK for Minus; and has signed the first release of the canadian’s brand new label 2M (so called because it’s print runs will be limited to 2000 copies), Re-Solution. And Carola’s own new label, Do.Mi.No, is the one to follow when it comes to exploring the margins between good old techno and minmal.
Marco Carola has always had a big fanbase in Spain, and following his latest releases clubbers are more eager than ever of seeing him playing records at a club. Here’s where the italian will play:
