Le toute: What a start to the month of March as we welcome one of dance music’s most talented and controversial figures MOBY on Saturday the 10th March to play an extremely RARE DJ set on Ministry's mammoth main room system.
Having helped bring dance music to the mainstream both in England and in America, Moby has been a true originator of electronic music with ‘GO’ establishing him as one of THE techno producers during the early 90’s.
Not only does his his music differ from both the cool surface textures of ambient music and the hedonistic world of house music, but so does his lifestyle; Moby is infamous for his devout, radical Christian beliefs, as well as his environmental and vegan activism. It’s not often you get the opportunity to witness a musical maestro like Moby play a DJ set!
Smokin Jo, and NUDE resident Mazzy Supastar complete the line-up in the Box, with Streetlife DJ’s, Luke VB, Tim Red and Norman Jay over in the Bar. K-Tron & Warboy host the lounge, and in keeping with NUDE's outrageous party antics the theme for the March party is 'toga's with an acid disco/sex 'n' sleaze edge'...
'One of the best things about DJing is that you can play other people's great records and take the credit for their work, I'm certainly not the world's best dj, but I really do enjoy it.
