Amsterdam, January 3rd 2011 - The fourth artist album of Armin van Buuren, 'Mirage', was sold over 25.000 times in the Netherlands. Despite album sales dropping, the Dutch DJ still managed to get a golden record for his album.

During the Christmas dinner of Armada Music, a surprised van Buuren was presented the golden record. For 'Mirage', according to Armin the biggest project he has ever worked on, he collaborated with the likes of Sophie Ellis-Bextor, BT, Nadia Ali, Adam Young and Christian Burns. Early December 2010, 'Mirage' also reached golden status in Poland.

At the moment, Armin is touring the globe with his 'Armin Only -Mirage' tour. After cities like Kiev, Melbourne, Buenos Aires and Utrecht, the show will also take place in countries such as Poland, Russia, Beirut and Slovakia. The DVD of the kick-off of the tour, 13th of November in a sold-out Jaarbeurs venue in Utrecht, will be released at the end of February.
