Mit der CD-Compilation “RADIO ROACHES“ präsentieren die Zürcher DJs Cynik und Samana
ihr neugegründetes Musiklabel Shellsplinta Records. Zusammen bilden sie die Combo Bambi
Murdaz.
Auf “RADIO ROACHES” sind internationale Trendsetter der Progressive und Trance Szene wie
Chab (CH/UK), Descent (USA), TP (Einigen besser bekannt als Tszpun aus Hong Kong. Seine
letzte Veröffentlichung war auf Chris Fortiers „Bedrock 3“ Mix-CD zu hören), Matenda
(Schweden), Echotek (Israel), Mad Processor (Israel), Quantum (Israel) und die Bambi
Murdaz vertreten.
Diese Compilation offeriert dem Zuhörer acht brandneue Kreationen, die verschiedene
musikalische Stilrichtungen vereinen. Das Spektrum reicht von basslastigen Tribal-Rhythmen
mit quirligen Perkussionen, über treibenden Progressive Trance, getragen von groovigen

The dynamic duo Cynik and Samana introduce with „RADIO ROACHES“ their new founded imprint
Shellsplinta Records and start to confound the rules. “RADIO ROACHES” features international
trendsetters from the frontline of the trance and progressive scene like the mighty Chab (UK), Descent
(USA), TP (better known to some as Tszpun, Hong Kong), Matenda (Sweden), Echotek (Israel), Mad
Processor (Israel), Quantum (Israel) and the combo of Cynik and Samana, the Bambi Murdaz
(Switzerland). All tracks are brandnew and exclusively licensed to this amazing compilation which
showcases eight brilliant creations, covering a wide area of music. From bassheavy tribalistic rhythms
along with groovy basslines and pounding drums, to driving progressive trance with top percussive action,
weightpushing basslines, subtly hidden melodies and mystic vocals, layered on a tough groove.
“RADIO ROACHES” is an outstanding collection of catchy tunes with a massive crossover appeal!

The founders of Shellsplinta Records are the djs Cynik and Samana. Together they form the combo
Bambi Murdaz. They have taken up the banner to give back to music the langauge believed lost.
Shellsplinta Records exploring new ground, are the first Swiss label who boldly and self confidently
bridge the gap between Progressive House and Psychedelic Trance.
The mighty Chab (UK/Switzerland) who is one of the top producers in the progressive world at the
moment, starts with the remix of Matt Busch’s Tribal-House track “Faith”. Bassheavy tribalistic rhythms
along with a great melody. Descent (USA) reveals with “Fusion” a stunning track. With the canty vocals
layered on a tough driving groove and a subtly hidden melody, “Fusion” will play straight into the hearts
on the floor. Heavly supported by the big jocks like John Digweed, Chris Fortier and Sasha! With their
first release “Weightless” the Bambi Murdaz (Cynik & Samana aka. Tones of Twice) put their names on
the map. Driving progressive tech-trance with a monstrous melody and an insane intense break which will
blow you away. Echotek (Israel) appear with “Bouncing Channels” on this CD. A floating progressive
trance track made for the dancefloor. Echotek is currently one of the busiest producers in the psy-scene,
with a lot of upcoming releases. Watch out for his forthcoming 12” Single “Ultra” on Shellsplinta. With
“Photonic” from the israeli newcomer Quantum, Cynik & Samana change the musical direction to the
harder psychedelic nightsound. Tough! “Ultra Voices” from the former MDMA-artist Mad Processor
(Israel) is defenetly a killer one and will surely rock the boat! The wellknown Swedish producer Matenda
shows with “Circular Flow” a masterpiece in his typical style and give you a taste of his forthcoming
album, released later this year. TP is better known to some as Tszpun. Tszpun is Hong Kongs leading
Progressive House dj/producer. His contribution on this compilation is “Spirit of the Mountain”. A
mystical female chant, along with top percussive action and dark storytelling, will give you the creep.
“Spirit of the Mountain” is TP’s first signing to an european label. There will be more on Shellsplinta
from TP in the future as he recently had "Bhikshu” signed, so watch for that. “Bhikshu” will be released
later this year with an awesome Tones of Twice (Cynik & Samana) remix on the flip. By the way: TP’s
last single was licensed to Chris Fortiers “Bedrock 3” mixcompilation.
